SISTERWEB IS HIRING

SisterWeb doulas provide support for pregnant people and families who are Black, Latinx, and Pacific Islander living in San Francisco. These communities often lack access to high-quality, culturally and linguistically congruent doula care. SisterWeb doulas will not only be trained and compensated to provide peripartum, peer-to-peer doula support but will also grow a strong network of professional doulas within San Francisco’s communities who are most impacted by maternal morbidity and mortality and have the least access to doula services.

Doulas support all of SisterWeb’s programs, and there are currently three distinct community doula initiatives in our network. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, collaborative, self-motivated, has a growth mindset and maintains a high level of attention to detail.

This is a temporary, part time (38 hours per week), grant-funded, and benefitted position. This position includes some overtime and weekends. Employment is provided by Heluna Health.
