Please join us next weekend as some of our M.A.N.A. doulas help host an event all about N U T R I T I O N with the San Francisco Pacific Islander Maternal Advisory Board & made possible by the support of @expectingjustice 🤩 This will be a space to share about your experiences and learn with community 💪🏾💪🏼💪🏽 All participants will receive a digital or physical resource handout with recipes for eating well with Gestational Diabetes, unpacking prenatal vitamins & pregnancy teas, info about healthy fats and how to determine portion size without measuring tools!
